Georgian Defence Minister Irakli Okruashvili rules out the possibility that the withdrawal of Russian military bases from Georgian territory will be halted. According to Okruashvili, nothing can stop this process, and the statement made by General Alexander Baranov does not correspond to reality... According to the bilateral agreement between the two countries, the last trainload of Russian military equipment must leave Georgia in 2008.
